Reset your monitor and bridge

Assuming your system has been working previously but is now not reporting try the following steps to reset your system.

  1. Reset Monitor: Unplug your monitor for 10 seconds then plug it back in. If the monitor is communicating with the bridge it can take a few minutes for your data to load into your online data analytics. After 10 minutes login and review if your data is reporting for the specific monitor, if not then you will need to reset your communication bridge.
  2. Reset Communication Bridge: Unplug your bridge for 10 seconds then plug it back in. Wait 10 minutes to login and review your online data analytics. If data is not reporting you can try the following.

Additional Troubleshooting

  • Logout and then log back into your online data analytics once the above steps are made.
  • Check that all monitors and your communication bridge have power.
  • The communication bridge must have an active Internet connection.
  • Have any physical changes been made at your facility? At times objects like firedoors or heavy equipment can lower the signal strength.
  • Make sure all antenna's on your monitor and communication bridge are secure. You can try adjusting the antenna's position as well. Note: Do not over-tighten the antenna.
  • The monitor with reporting issues can be moved into the same area as the communication bridge to test that the mounting distance was not the issue.

If this does not fix your issue please repeat steps 1 & 2 before calling your sales representative.
