Most often a 2048 error is an internet connection issued usually caused by a firewall. To connect to the Internet your firewall permissions must be set to the following settings:
Client Firewall Permissions
- The reporting software needs access to ports 80, 443, 843 on www.aretas.ca
- The bridge needs access to NTP, DNS and HTTP
